美しい髪を目指すなら、トリートメントより、高級なドライヤーより、まずは「シャンプー」です。顔も洗顔料と洗顔方法が大事といいますよね。頭皮は顔とつながっています。ぜひ、頭皮にも良いものを使ってあげてください。

「ドラッグストアでおすすめのシャンプーはありますか？」と質問をいただくこともあるのですが、残念ながらおすすめはありません。頭皮や髪に良いものを真面目に作ったら、あの料金では作れないのです。洗浄力としては、中性洗剤くらいのパンチ力があります…。「今使っているシャンプーが使い終わってから」とは言わず、残りのシャンプーはお風呂掃除に使ってください笑

そしてそして、洗い方もとっても大事ですよ。シャンプーをつける前にしっかり「汚れを落とす」、たっぷりの泡で頭皮をマッサージするように「洗う」、トラブルの原因になるシャンプー残りがないようにしっかり「すすぐ」ことを意識してみてください。洗顔と同じステップですね。お顔と同じように、お頭皮もケアしましょう！

And, and the way you wash your hair is also very important. Before applying the shampoo, “remove dirt” thoroughly, “wash” your scalp with plenty of lather and massage it, and “rinse” thoroughly so that there is no shampoo residue that can cause problems. This is the same step as washing your face. Take care of your scalp in the same way as you do your face!
